Medal of Honor gets free, paid multiplayer modes next week

Medal of Honor may not be pulling away the Call of Duty and Halo audiences on a level EA is happy with, but there’s always add-ons to fall back on. Maybe, just maybe, the fresh multiplayer content can keep people playing.

November 2 will see a King-of-the-Hill-style mode called Hot Zone; new maps Hindukush Pass and Korengal Outpost; and redesigned versions of Shahikot Valley and Helmand Valley. This bundle can be beamed to your platform of choice (PC, Xbox 360, or PlayStation 3) for $10.

And, as previously announced, there’s a bit of free content coming on the same day. The Elimination-style Clean Sweep mode plus two new maps and two redesigned ones. Interesting strategy they’re going with here. Wonder if it’ll work.
