Pokemon typing game is a real thing, has real keyboard

If you wanna get down with Battle & Get: Pokemon Typing DS you’ll need a keyboard, or at least that’s what it looks like from this picture. Don’t get thrown off by the cable in the picture, as Kotaku says this is a wireless device.

On the Pokemon Japan webpage they say that this title is scheduled to be released next year. In it you’ll battle with hundreds of other Pokemon through…typing. It looks to be the Typing of the Dead formula adapted to cute little pocket monsters. They say that more details will be announced soon and only offer up a few screenshots, which you’ll find in our gallery below.
