PS3, 360 date for John Daly’s ProStroke Golf confirmed

If Tiger Woods isn’t doing it for you anymore, take note of O-Games’ Johny Daly’s ProStroke Golf. The publisher has announced that the Move-enabled title will hit PlayStation 3 on October 5 (that’s next week!) and Xbox 360 on October 19 without motion control support.

The game is being developed by Gusto Games, designed as the “spiritual sequel to ProStroke Golf: Tour Tour 2007.” If that means something to you, I guess you’re in for a treat. If not, all you need to know is that they’re promising the “closest representation of a natural golf swing available.” Presumably, you can get even closer with PS Move support, which will allow you to do fancy stuff like simulate weight transfer, rotate the club in real time, and more.
