Sims 3 console pre-order items revealed

If you want to get a jump start on your virtual life, you’re going to want to pre-order the console versions of The Sims 3 before it ships this October. Why? Good karma, of course.

Electronic Arts has revealed that when you pre-order the game online you’ll receive the “Get Lucky” Karma power, which basically turns the tides of luck in your favor. And with a pre-order, your luck is apparently already looking up, because the “Get Lucky” power is not all you’ll get…

Also included in the pre-order will be the “Ultra Lounge Bundle” set, which includes a flat panel television, contemporary decor items, and other modern furnishings. You’ll also receive two cars — a muscle car and a European sports car. These items are in-game items for your Sims, of course. You won’t actually get a flat panel TV or cars. You knew that, right?

The Sims 3
for consoles is out October 26; it’s coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS.
