Gather ’round for more free BF: Bad Company 2 DLC

Wow, so we’re already on the fourth VIP map pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2. As per usual, it’s a free download for those who have one of those redeemable codes packed in every sealed copy of the game, and you can grab the content for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

And yes, the maps are once again on-the-disc maps rejiggered for use in other multiplayer modes. This time around, it’s “Atacama Desert” for Rush mode and “Port Valdez” for Conquest mode.

Admittedly not the most exciting stuff ever, but I’m all about the “if it’s free, we’ll take it” approach. At this point, every little bit of newness helps you inch closer to obtaining those last insignias.
