Hopefully the wait hasn’t been too painful for Modern Warfare 2‘s “Resurgence Pack” maps, PC and PlayStation 3 owners. Xbox LIVE’s exclusivity contract for the downlodable content is nearly up: July 6 in North America and the 7th for Europe is when you’ll finally get it.
As a quick refresher, this bundle includes three fresh maps (Carnival, Trailer Park, and Fuel) plus two fan favorites from Call of Duty 4 (Vacant and Strike). It hasn’t been stated whether or not the pricing ($15) will stay consistent for the PS3 and PC versions of this DLC, but yeah, it totally will.
I haven’t gotten around to downloading either of the two MW2 map packs. It’s out of character for me, I know. From what I hear of the “Resurgence Pack,” some of you seem to be digging it more than the “Stimulus Package.” Is this accurate?
