Macintosh Battle.Net client could come this April

It’s no secret that Blizzard hopes to support the Cupertino crowd with its revision of the Battle.Net service. But when exactly the developed planned to open up a beta of that version of the service was unknown — until recently, that is.

In an official Twitter Q&A, Blizzard confirmed that it was working on a beta for the Mac version of Battle.Net. Even better, the studio said it has “hopes” to launch that beta “sometime in April,” a month that sits in fairly soon territory. We’ll take Blizzard’s parting advice, “Hang in there,” on this one instead of going on and on about how awesome it would be to play SC II on our beautiful metal babies.
