March 16. Mark it down.

That’s the day the Command & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight hits store shelves. EA says the game will bring “the 15 year-long fan-beloved Tiberium saga to an epic and stunning conclusion.” That includes your standard real-time strategy gameplay with class-based gameplay, and an experience system that’s persistent throughout all of the game’s modes.

If you pre-order Tiberium Twilight, you’ll receive access to the upcoming multiplayer beta, along with the game’s official soundtrack and a “bonus mission” for the final game. You can find more details about that at the game’s official Web site, if you’re so inclined.

So tell us — are you so inclined? Any hardcore C&C fans in the house who are really looking forward to this next installment?
