Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2: Less cleavage, more hard data

Recommended Videos

Chopping dudes left and right with a scythe in Ninja Gaiden 2 was equally badass and delightful. With Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 bringing even more features not found in the original release on Xbox 360, like two-player co-op, it’s hard not to feel excited.

As revealed on PlayStation.Blog, Sigma 2 is getting a even more goodies on top of what has been announced. There’s Chapter Challenge mode, which unlocks after your first complete play-through of the game, and lets you replay specific levels to get improved times and scores.

Beyond that, there is also Ninja Records, as shown above, which is basically an all-encompassing online leaderboard for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. A nice touch for dedicated fans, but probably not something I would put any considerable amount of time into.

Also, someone at Team Ninja needs to hurry it up a bit. Just a thought.
