Unknown 9: Awakening announced

Unknown 9: Awakening is still a game, coming out in Summer 2024

Grasp the Fold with Umbric abilities

Xbox kicked off the Xbox Partner Showcase with Unknown 9: Awakening. Originally teased in 2020, we haven’t really seen much about the action-adventure game. However, developer Reflect Entertainment have released a new Announcement trailer highlighting the protagonist Haroona and detailing the gameplay players can expect when the game releases in Summer 2024.

Based on the gameplay it reminds me a lot of Assassin’s Creed with powers. Haroon, portrayed by actress Anya Chalotra best known as Yennefer in The Witcher, yields powerful skills called Umbric abilities. With these powers Haroon can manipulate people, objects, and weapons from a distance.

Unknown 9: Awakening will release in Summer 2024 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
