Halo: Reach spotted on Microsoft’s official Xbox page

Earlier this weekend Bungie dot com crawlers found an unusual message board tab for a game no-one knew anything about, Halo: Reach. Bungie and Microsoft, understandably, haven’t commented on the game’s existence. But now we have just a bit more proof of the game’s existence.

Xbox 360 Achievements found a largely blank page for Halo: Reach on Microsoft’s official Xbox Web site — no Achievements, no release date and certainly no game information. In other words, we only know it exists and chances are we’ll hear more about it very soon at Microsoft’s E3 press conference.

Halo: Reach could be a prequel to the Halo games. The first Halo book, Halo: The Fall of Reach, followed the early story of Master Chief and the SPARTAN II program.
