Ubisoft narrows release dates, skips Beyond Good & Evil 2

In its Fiscal Earnings 2008-2009 report, Ubisoft narrowed down release windows for some of its key titles. With it comes some good news, and then some bad news.

The good news is that Q3 (which runs from November 2009 to December 2009) will see the release of titles like Assassin’s Creed 2, Red Steel 2, Rabbids Go Home and Splinter Cell: Conviction. Yes, it seems Ubisoft is serious about actually releasing Conviction sometime relatively soon.

Q4 (January 2010 – March 2010) is also looking pretty strong in terms of releases as well, with plans to release the sick-looking R.U.S.E., the shrouded-in-mystery I Am Alive, and a new Ghost Recon title.

The bad news? Beyond Good & Evil 2 isn’t mentioned. At all. We’re all crying.
