As promised (thanks, Sony) Sucker Punch Production’s inFamous demo is available for download via the PlayStation Store. This no-strings-attached version of the demo is the same one Qore subscribers and those who pre-ordered the game have been enjoying for some time now. But don’t let that stop you — according to the games media Twitterverse, inFamous is the greatest thing since, uh, skull crushers.
The demo has been described to me as rather beefy. It features several missions — both campaign and side — and allows for a bit of open-world exploration. Also, lightning attacks.
After you’re done downloading (watch out, there was a system update recently) and get to playing, jot down your impressions in the comments. I’m eager to read what you guys think about it.
