Sega announces new Yakuza project

Recommended Videos

As you may already be aware of, Yakuza 3 came out in Japan this past February, but so far there has been no word of the game coming to the United States. According to a report from Siliconera, Sega has no plans of slowing down on the series, and a new title is in the works already (although it isn’t Yakuza 4)!

Series producer Toshihiro Nagoshi recently spilled the beans in an interview with Famitsu, although all we really came away with is that the game is being made for the Playstation 3 and that it is not Yakuza 4. Here’s a cool tidbit, however: Sega will take applications from women who are interested as appearing as actual characters in the hostess clubs. If you want to watch yourself swoon in a flurry of hearts over a visitor, you just may get your wish.
