Rockstar threatens us with Red Dead Redemption trailer

Rockstar’s mailing list “Rockstar Propaganda” has recently been letting people know that there’s something coming. Next week. That thing? A new trailer for their upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 title, Red Dead Redemption.

So that’s the news, right there — there’s a trailer for Red Dead Redemption coming next week. That’s about it. The open-world title has been described as those who have seen it as “Grand Theft Auto IV in the Wild West,” which sounds good to us. We’re certain we’ll see more soon enough, and we’re confident that Rockstar’s RAGE technology will render tumbleweeds quite nicely.

Not much more to say on this right now, really. When we know more (or when the trailers is released), we’ll let you know so you don’t have to constantly be refreshing Rockstar’s official Red Dead Redemption Web site until something happens. Or you can; we don’t care either way.
