Street Fighter Alpha most popular downloadable PSN game

Recommended Videos

I love being able to download PS1 titles on PSN, and I wish that the list of available games was longer, but I’m certainly not complaining about what we’ve gotten so far. Some of my favorite titles are already available, including Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Silent Hill. In a recent exclusive on Gamasutra, they asked Sony about the most popular downloadable PS1 titles and got the following list in return:

1. Street Fighter Alpha

2. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

3. Crash Bandicoot

4.  Twisted Metal 2

5. Spyro The Dragon

6. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped

7. Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back

8. Wild Arms

9. MediEvil

10. Hot Shots Golf 2

Oh, there’s some classics in there! Looks like people still miss Crash Bandicoot. Not that I can blame them, as the first two Crash title were some of my favorite PS1 games. No more titles have been announced for 2009 yet, but Sony says they are coming. I would really like the original Parasite Eve, but I don’t expect to see that one anytime soon. Which PS1 games would you like to see on PSN in the future?
