Contest: Prove you’re poor, win PlaySpan Marketplace Ultimate Points!

Recommended Videos

If you exist in any number of PC virtual worlds, you should know about PlaySpan Marketplace. It’s the online destination for securely picking up virtual goods for your favorite MMOs like Lord of the Rings Online, Age of Conan, Ragnarok Online, and more.

Because we love you, PlaySpan and Destructoid are offering up to $500 worth of Ultimate Points for the PlaySpan Marketplace. Winning is easy — just post a picture of your virtual character (from any of the game’s PlaySpan sells virtual goods for) looking poor and destitute. Prove that you need this credit, and it’s yours.

Here’s how the prizes break down.

  • Grand prize: $200 in PlaySpan Marketplace Ultimate Points
  • Second place: $150 in PlaySpan Marketplace Ultimate Points
  • Third place: $50 in PlaySpan Marketplace Ultimate Points
  • Four runners up: $25 in PlaySpan Marketplace Ultimate Points each

We’ll be running the contest through Thursday, March 5 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific. Winners will be contacted the following day and will be required to sign up for (or already have) a PlaySpan account.

Good luck!
