This is just wrong: mash-up of Halo and Final Fantasy

Take Halo, remove the shooter element, slow it down to about 1/100th speed, and then add a turn-based battle system straight out of the Final Fantasy games, and you’ll have something like this 5-minute monstrosity above.

While this is clever, and fairly well-done, something about it just gives me the heebie jeebies. The willies, if you will. I feel filthy watching Master Leonheart input RPG commands, and that’s not coming from a Halo fan as much as it is a Final Fantasy follower.

While we appreciate the effort put into this, we’ll agree with Kotaku that it’s way too long. Do try to fast-forward and see their attempt at a break limit, though. Too bad there’s no summon spells.
