Getting to know the New Xbox Experience: The Game Marketplace

Recommended Videos

Continuing its coverage of the New Xbox Experience, Gamerscoreblog uses this week’s update to inform us about the significant changes that are being made to the Game Marketplace.

Right off the bat you’ll notice how the new Marketplace is much more visual than the current model. Navigating to newer and popular releases (like Castle Crashers in the image above) will be easier than it is with the interface we’re using right now.

Also worth noting is that once you go to a game’s page (as seen in the gallery below with Halo 3), screenshots, trailers, and all available downloads for the title in question are only a few button presses away. Convenient, huh?

I’m personally happy about the new Game Marketplace primarily because it appears to be more intuitive, and yeah, cause the design looks sexy.
