MTV Games and Harmonix have announced that next week will mark the release of the classic Red Hot Chili Peppers album, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, on the Rock Band store.
16 tracks join “Give It Away” (already available on the Rock Band 2 disc) to form the complete album, and will cost $19.99 (or 1600 MS Points) for the full package, or $1.99 (or 160 MS Points) per song.

This release marks the third week in a row that a full album has been made available; the prior two weeks have seen Megadeth’s Peace Sells … But Who’s Buying? and the delayed Rush record, Moving Pictures. Someone wasn’t kidding when they said 500 songs by year’s end, eh?
As usual, Xbox LIVE Marketplace gets the album next Tuesday, PlayStation Network next Thursday.
