Telltale reveal episodic Wallace and Gromit games

Monster episodic adventure game developer Telltale games has officially announced today a series of episodic games based off of the popular animated Wallace & Gromit series.

Dubbed “stories you can play,” Telltale are working hand-in-hand with creator Aardman Animations to bring Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures to life. The preview trailer doesn’t give too much away, but the screens and concept art stick closely to the original Wallace & Gromit look and feel.

In an issued press release, Telltale doesn’t reveal what platforms the game will land on; when asked, a rep simply stated “We’re exploring our options.” Sam & Max originally found its home on the PC, eventually making it to the Wii as a full retail product; Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People will be coming to WiiWare and PC soon.

We wonder where Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures might end up. Hmmm …

[Note: Yes, I realize this was revealed last week via the Associated Press, but here’s official confirmation directly from Telltale. Also, new trailer. Also, screenshots. Also, cocks.]
