The Hardcore Gamer Picture Pack: Because you aren’t hardcore enough as it is

Xbox Live and the whole gamerpic idea is nothing short of genius, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about how much I’m looking forward to the day that Sony and Nintendo finally get the message, and level the playing field with their own variations of the killer service. There’s just something about customization that is oh so attractive. Whether you count yourself among the ranks of the “hardcore,” or simply like to jump online for quick bursts of multiplayer fun for the sake of fun, your gamerpic says a lot about you. Although it should be obvious to all that the Mr. Destuctroid pic is the only one that is really needed, that hasn’t stopped the various non-believers of the Internet from creating false idols for purchase on live.

Such is the case of the Hardcore Gamer Picture Pack, the brainchild of 360Style.net, and Disruptive Media Publishing. For a mere 100 MS points, you can declare to the world that you are a NOOB, a camper, respawn a lot, or have a fascination with sniping. Of course, you could also just continue to play on Live the way you’ve always gone about doing it, and save yourself some cash –rumor has it that these terms are thrown around all the time, anyway.

Sooner or later, people are going to recognize that you suck, or your gameplay just isn’t up to snuff, and call you out. Do yourself a favor, and just stick with the Mr Destructoid pic. That alone will get the point across that you are part of a greater army, and a force to be reckoned with. If you shun the whole enlistment thing and wish to take your aggressions out on me on Live, just look for the camping, respawning, teabagging, sniper noob with the low score and Dtoid gamerpic. I shouldn’t be hard to find.
