Is it a bird? Is it a plane?

According to the latest issue of Japanese magazine Weekly Jump, the first DLC character for the recently released My Hero One’s Justice 2 will be Hawks, who is expected to wing his way into the Bandai Namco produced arena fighter this spring.

Hawks – real name Keigo Takami – is one of the more mature stars of My Hero Academia, rocking in at the ripe old age of 23. Generally displaying a cynical and laid-back attitude, Hawks is nevertheless a highly intelligent, responsible, and dedicated “Pro Hero.”

Donning a huge pair of red wings befitting his name, Hawks not only has flight capabilities, but can individually control each feather, and even fire them off as projectiles. No doubt these skills will serve Takami as well in the digital battleground as they do in the anime/manga series.

My Hero One’s Justice 2 is available now on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
