Right on cue, the PlayStation Store is running its PS4 Summer Sale over the next two weeks (or so).

There are over 400 deals to sift through, many of which we’ve seen time and time again in PlayStation sales. I’ve glanced through the list to pluck out games that haven’t been highlighted quite as frequently.

In terms of newer PS4 releases, I’d point to Maneater ($29.99), Persona 5 Royal ($44.99), Nioh 2 ($40.19), Hunt: Showdown ($23.99), Dreams ($29.99), Trials of Mana ($39.99), Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath ($27.99), and/or the all-in-one Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Kollection ($41.99).

If we’re talking “random games that jumped out at me for one reason or another,” I’d have to say Blasphemous ($12.49), Remnant: From the Ashes ($23.99), Final Fantasy VII ($7.99), Superhot VR ($12.49), Moss ($14.99), Metro Exodus ($13.99), GreedFall ($19.99), Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin ($9.99), Déraciné ($6.59), Dandara ($5.99), GoNNER ($2.99), and, for a laugh, The Quiet Man ($4.49).

It’s been an unexpectedly jam-packed July for me, with smaller releases like Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 and Carrion slipping in between The Last of Us Part II and Ghost of Tsushima (when will I ever wrap up these beefy adventures?), but maybe you have some openings in your gaming schedule.

The 2020 PlayStation Summer Sale deals will begin expiring as early as Wednesday, August 5.
