PlayStation Network’s retro sale isn’t short on gems

I’m mostly just posting this for Castlevania, tbh

Sony is a running a retro-themed PlayStation Network sale with deals on PS4, PS3, and Vita games, and while some of the participants stretch that definition, I’ve spotted a few things for my backlog hit list.

This is a good opportunity to pick up either Castlevania Anniversary Collection ($13.99) or Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood ($11.99) if you’re currently experiencing the post-Bloodstained blues. Or maybe you’re in more of a Neo Geo mood? Moyse would be proud!

Along with the usual PS1 and PS2 classics that regularly pop up in these sales, there are newer titles like WipEout Omega Collection ($7.99), Yakuza Kiwami ($9.99), and Batman: Return to Arkham ($7.99).

Oh, and friends don’t let friends skip Ape Escape 2 ($4.99). I’m keeping the revival dream alive against all odds. The world could use another one of those games any day now. Let’s hold off on Knack 3, please.
