Bandai Namco is teaming up with the American Red Cross to promote Code Vein with a blood drive. Anyone attending TwitchCon this weekend in San Diego will have the chance to give a pint of blood and get a free copy of the upcoming Souls-like action title. Considering the game is all about collecting blood, this is a pretty fitting promotion that’s also genuinely nice. It’s great to see big companies helping the world with their weird promos instead of creating more problems in the world.

The blood drive will be held from 10 am till 4 pm at 170 Sixth Avenue. That is across the street from the San Diego convention center where TwitchCon is being held. You can find out more info and pre-register at the Red Cross’ official website.
