Here’s our first major look at The Witcher on Switch, out on October 15

They should just rename it ‘Switcher 3’

Today during the Opening Night Live ceremony at Gamescom, CD Projekt Red finally told us when The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt would be launching on Switch: October 15, 2019.

In case you’re living under a rock and missed the launch of one of the biggest RPGs of all-time, Wild Hunt debuted on PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in mid-2015 and took the space by storm. It was heralded as a modern classic, and the two major DLC expansions were somehow up to par with the quality of the base game.

All of that gigantic multi-hundred-hour package will be part of the Switch release (on one cart!) in October.
