I love that people are making amazing Zelda: Breath of the Wild clips a full year after launch

‘Sweet Revenge’

Recommended Videos

Zelda: Breath of the Wild turns one year old tomorrow. Wow how time flies! The Switch is effectively celebrating its first birthday and it beat out the Wii U weeks ago.

That makes this video, which just hit Reddit this week, that much sweeter. People are still trying out weird things and sharing them, something that rarely happens for single-player games these days. The below clip, titled “Sweet Revenge,” has player thefropro wreaking havoc on some flower beds — but it’s not the how in this situation, it’s the why.

So a bit of background: Watch Out for the Flowers is a relatively easy, but contentious Shrine Quest found out in the open world. Players aren’t big fans of Magda, the keeper of the shrine, who forces you to not step on any flowers while you reach the shrine — teleporting you back to the start of the challenge if you do.

Every clip just makes me want to boot it back up!
