The existence of Assassin’s Creed Rogue HD seems more likely after being rated in Korea

If you haven’t played it, it’s basically a mini rendition of IV

Assassin’s Creed Rogue is a missing link of sorts with the series proper. It’s considered a mainline game, but it was only ever released on consoles for the PS3 and Xbox 360 at the end of their lifespans. Because of that timing, a lot of people didn’t get to play it, or barely even heard of it after it launched — that likely will change after the open secret HD version hits.

After multiple Italian retailers listed the game, now the Korean Game Rating Board is at it. We even have a release date and platforms at this point, with Rogue HD set to debut on March 15, 2018 on both PS4 and Xbox One. As a reminder this one is basically just a worse version of IV, holding onto many of the same gameplay elements and the well-loved ship faring aspect.

I think it’s worth playing in spite of its flaws, and maybe you’ll have the chance to check it out for yourself next year.
