DualShock 3 comes to US April 15th

If the rising cost of living makes you grumpy, be prepared to stroke your beard and complain (or if you don’t have one, get working on growing it out.) The Playstation DualShock 3 controller finally has a US release date of April 15th, which is great if you’ve been cursing the day SIXAXIS was conceived. The price point is $54.99, which is not so great.

I know this is the retro kid in me talking, but I have to admit to feeling a little shaken up by finding myself suddenly realizing a new controller will cost me roughly the same as a game. Of course, it’s been that way for awhile, which I conveniently forgot thanks to my eternally wretched memory ( I think I blocked it out due to denial.) Rumble has never meant a whole lot to me, so maybe I just don’t grasp the importance as a racing game enthusiast would. Will you guys fork out $55 bucks for one of these?
