Team Fortress 2 update featuring ‘Badlands’ coming tomorrow

Forget crummy Valentine’s Day cards and that horrible heart-shaped candy that tastes like chalk mixed with ear medicine, Valve’s got something much better in store for us. That’s right, a big update for the PC version of Team Fortress 2 will be unleashed tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. PST.

The most notable improvements included in the update are further networking, graphics, and player stats optimizations, SourceTV fixes, and some changes to “Dustbowl,” “Granary,” and “CTF_Well.” Best of all, a remake of the TF Classic map “Badlands” will be packed into the patch.

To see every last minor tweak that the the update will bring, head on over to Steam. Who knows if and when we’ll see a similar update to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. PC gamers, now is your time to gloat.
