Injustice 2: Legendary Edition, the upgraded re-release of NetherRealm Studios’ DC Comics fighter, will receive its physical release in North America today.

The new GOTY-style edition of the 2017 fighter contains the original game plus all DLC characters to date, such as Darkseid, Red Hood, Enchantress and the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles. The Legendary release also features a variety of Premier-tier skins to transform some of the game’s roster into characters such as Power Girl and Reverse-Flash.

Alongside these character additions, the game receives a revamped tutorial mode, an increased level cap, new Multiverse Towers and a selection of new gear for all roster members. Players who already own vanilla Injustice 2 should have already received these latter additions in an update, which went live just before the weekend. Yep, even for PC players…

Injustice 2: Legendary Edition is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC in North America. European stores will see the game hit the high street on Friday.
