Deadly Premonition added to Xbox One’s catalog

Now available through backward compatibility

Starting today, the cult classic Deadly Premonition will be playable on Xbox One. Microsoft’s Larry Hryb took to Twitter earlier and announced that Swery65’s bizarre send-up to Twin Peaks is available through the console’s Backward Compatibility program.

Deadly Premonition is something of a modern-day legend. It’s clunky, janky, and occasionally downright awful to play. In spite of those flaws, however, Greenvale and the affable weirdos who live there, are irresistible. If you’re into campy, Lynchian stories full of small-town malaise, it’s more than worth a whirl.

Plus, it has a dope soundtrack.
