The Division’s next update includes a massive troll mechanic

Update 1.2

The Division ship has sailed for me for now, but some folks are still enjoying it in spite of the exploits and glitches players are dealing with at present. That includes the upcoming 1.2 update, titled “The Conflict,” which is arriving for free on Smarch May 24. It’ll bring the “Clear Sky” Incursion [raid] to the table, as well as new high-end gear and missions. Oh, and if you really want to troll, you’ll also have the ability to cut extraction ropes in the Dark Zone (!).

That last bit is particularly hilarious. The Dark Zone (the neutral PVP area) is arguably the best part of Division‘s long term appeal, and making it that much more stressful is amazing.
