That video? It’s the Assassin’s Creed launch trailer. Apparently this thing comes out rather soon.

We’re impressed by the subtle, understated tone they’ve been taking with this thing throughout the pre-release hype. There was never any bombast to it, nothing ever exploded, no one was ever threatening to make us their bitch — instead you just have this mysterious dude walking purposefully or brooding on top of a chapel like some kind of angsty gargoyle. This trailer perfectly encapsulates that attitude: it’s got a moving, yet subtle score, there’s very little actual fighting, and they demonstrate just enough parkour to convince a twelve-year-old to jump off the roof of their house.
