My friends and I used to joke that Curse of the Golden Flower was Dynasty Warriors: The Movie, but it looks like we’re getting a real one at some point!
Koei Tecmo has announced that a live action Warriors film is now in production. It’s being handled by Roy Hin Yeung Chow, who directed Nightfall. China 3D is handling the film, with preproduction starting this year, and actual shooting in 2017 for a 2018 release.
I think just about every Warriors fan is waiting with bated breath to see who is casted as Lu Bu.
