IMSCARED is on Steam, and you should play it now

No, really

It’s not that I don’t want to write a shit-ton of fancy words about IMSCARED, one of my favorite horror games. It’s just that the experience is worlds more impactful if you go into it blind. It does some… unsettling, unconventional things best discovered on one’s own. All you need to know is it’s a bizarre, pixelated nightmare that’s going to toy with you. Don’t be put off by the graphics, even if you’re not into the jaggy aesthetic!

You can nab the free version (the one I’ve played) here, but a lengthier version is available on Steam for $3.99. I’m going to dive into it now, and I’ll put up a spoilery dissection sometime in the coming weeks. Now go get scared, or at the very least, mildly uncomfortable.
