The Psychonauts 2 Fig crowdfunding campaign has raised over $2 million.
At the time of writing, 13,630 backers have raised $2,121,471, which means 64 percent of the $3.3M has already been achieved with 34 days of the campaign still left to go.
Double Fine also recently announced Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, a virtual reality experience made exclusively for the PlayStation VR platform, at the PlayStation Experience.
Rhombus of Ruin tells the story of what happens after the events of the original Psychonauts, which left players on a cliffhanger, bridging the gap between the original and its upcoming sequel.
If you’ve yet to support the campaign — which gives backers the opportunity to share the profits of the project — there’s 34 days to go! You’ll need to cough up $500 before you’ll see any return on your investment though…
