Steam’s Halloween Sale is full of spooks and savings

Halloween can quickly turn into an expensive holiday. Fake graves for the yard, sexy costumes, and peeled grapes aren’t going to buy themselves. But, if you’ve budgeted irresponsibly, Steam’s here to bail you out again.

Just underway, Steam has a Halloween sale going on through November 2. There are a lot of games with the word “zombie” in the title, as you’d expect. Some look good, others not so much, but it’s the reason for the season.

Not everything’s spooky, though. Grand Theft Auto V at 33 percent off is the fixture at the top of the list. Nothing’s scary about that game unless you get freaked out by the sheer amount of money it has made.
