Subnautica has more monsters for us to avoid

Especially the one that can TELEPORT

Yikes! I prefer to play Subnautica as a serene underwater exploration type of experience, but sometimes, the Early Access game has other ideas in mind for my lone survivor. Sometimes, there are horrible nightmare beasts, and you don’t have to journey far from home to brush into them.

Aside from another abandoned base to seek out, this week’s update is centered on “dangerous creatures,” including the intimidating Sea Dragon Leviathan, EMP-launching Crab Squids, and the Warper, a stabby alien that oh dear god can teleport “out of nowhere” in “almost any biome.”

Thankfully, a recent update introduced a torpedo-firing, drill-arm-wielding bipedal mech.
