2K has confirmed that NBA 2K16 will release in both Europe and North America on September 29.

Can’t wait that long? Well, if you’re willing to put your money where your mouth is with a pre-order, you’ll be able to play it up to four days before the official street date. I know, Ican’t believe it either – FOUR WHOLE DAYS!

Okay, so that isn’t much of a headstart. But the promotion — called Early Tip-Off Weekend — also provides pre-orders with a selection of virtual goodies, too. All pre-orders will also snag 10,000 VC (virtual currency), with current-gen and PC versions receiving three MyTEAM Emerald Packs (each with a guaranteed Emerald player), and last-gen players receiving a MyTEAM Gold Booster Pack with a guaranteed Gold player and four additional gold items.

NBA 2K16 is set to release on the PC, PlayStation 3 and 4, and Xbox One and 360, on September 29.

Do you think they fixed that face scanner yet?
