Heroes of the Storm is now in open beta, will launch next month

Heroes of the Storm has been in alpha and closed beta sessions for a while, but it’s prepping for a full launch next month. For now, you can enter the open beta on Mac or PC with a simple signup on the game’s website. While they’re testing, there may be a queue involved, but Blizzard promises “brief” waits.

The game is free-to-play, and features a currency system for purchasing items, as well as premium items that take straight-cash. As a reminder, everything you buy and earn in this beta session will carry over to the main version when it arrives.
