May the Grohl be with you
People are very excited that it’s May 4. Internet content creators on digital services such as Facebook.com and Twitter.com are all pointing out the date. I don’t get it. Maybe this is like the day a bunch of people put a white and gold dress on a llama and then let it loose on the streets of Arizona (not the iced tea).
Anyway, Amazon has some sort of deal going on today. Star Wars: The Old Republic is bundled up and discounted. For $30, there’s the base experience of the online role-playing game, along with the Rise of the Hutt Cartel, Shadow of Revan, Galactic Strongholds, and Galactic Starfighter add-ons. Also thrown in are a 60 day subscription to SWTOR and 2400 Cartel Coins which is the game’s currency.
As Amazon tends to, it has a few more deals than just this Star Wars thing. No one’s thought about Star Wars in, like, 30 years anyway.
