The Steam Controller looks like the best way to play Dark Souls III

Get good with quick turns

Now that Dark Souls III is out in the wild on Steam, Valve has released an official configuration setting for the Steam Controller to help you praise the sun in style.

Now, I’m not the biggest fan of the controller — unlike some writers around here (Hi Joe!) — but this just looks like the best way to play. Not only can you easily navigate menus, you can also quickly spin around as if you were using a mouse. Who needs skills when you can just buy the Steam Controller? Luckily it is being offered in a price-reduced bundle with the game on Steam so if you’ve been thinking about buying one, now would be a good time.

It looks like Dark Souls III managed to sneak in an easy mode. 😉
