March 18

Well, finally.

Leaks have suggested that a new Animal Crossing line would arrive at some point this year, and now Nintendo has confirmed it. On March 18, Timmy & Tommy Nook (Target exclusive), Kapp’n, and Rover will launch. This is mixed in with the launch of Famicom ROB, Ryu, and Roy (GameStop exclusive). That’s a big ol’ wave! Oh, and Digby will be a standalone amiibo now, and will arrive with a new set of Animal Crossing cards. As for the latter, that makes 300 cards on total.

Finally (!), Nintendo will be making “some” Pokemon amiibo available again to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the series. That includes Charizard, Jigglypuff, Greninja, and Lucario.

As always, you can view the up to date amiibo schedule right here.
