Everybody knows that Dynasty Warriors 6 is the most important cultural event since Dio’s Holy Diver, so it should come as no surprise that I wet my pants every time Koei Warriors updates with some new goodies. Today is a brand new trailer, hot off the Tokyo Game Show presses, which shows off a lot more of the gameplay. As you can see, this installment is finally starting to resemble its flashy cinematic movies. I don’t care what anyone says, Zhao Yun’s headscissors spin move is fashioned from the very purest of win.
Of course, the best news is that Zhang He, my favorite character, looks camper than ever before. The sheer gravity of this greatness can never — never — be understated.
As a Brucey bonus for the loyal Dynasty Warriors fans we have here, I’ve included some artwork that shows off the redesigned Dong Zhuo and Diao Chan as well. Diao Chan is looking pretty servicable, I must say. Dong Zhuo, less so.
