Having issues with PlayStation Network today? We’re right there with you.

Sony has confirmed it’s aware of the problems. “We are still working on resolving today’s issues with PSN,” tweeted SCEA’s official support line. “Thanks for your continued patience.”

I just tried again, a few minutes before 4:00pm Pacific, and I’m still unable to access PSN. When will it be fixed? That’s unclear. But you can check back at this page to see the network’s status.

While we wait, I’ve lined up some quality entertainment.

Ladies and gentlemen, the purrification is at hand.
