These PlayStation demakes transport you to a simpler time

It’s never been all about the graphics for me. I can appreciate slick environments and the ability to watch sweat roll down my rugged protagonist’s brow. But truth be told, I’ve always had a thing for PlayStation-era graphics and earlier. They’re gorgeous to me, and that’s why this NeoGAF thread that collects fanmade demakes is so very important to me.

I’ve collected a few of my favorites in the gallery, but some of the must-see screens are The Last of Us, Watch Dogs, BioShock, and Dark Souls. But there are so many treasures in the thread that you really just need to have a look for yourself. There’s some amazing work within that gives me the fuzziest of feelings inside. Just fabulous, guys.
