A new product, a Razer “micro-console” powered by Android TV, was shown as part of the keynote at Google I/O today. This is a device that will stream games and other content to televisions. Razer says that it will be priced to be affordable, gaming focused, and targeted for a wide range of consumers.

As for details, all we know so far is that the device can be navigated with a special mobile app that will be available for use on any Android tablet or phone.

In keeping with the spirit of Google I/O, Razer is not discussing specifics at this time.

Razer says that the same team that engineered the Razer Blade, Razer Edge, and the prototype Project Christine are behind the design of this new device.
