Video: Metal Gear Solid’s trademark weirdness returns in The Phantom Pain

Max’s thoughts on a 45-minute presentation from E3 2014

Don’t send a sheep back to Mother Base with the Fulton recovery system during a sandstorm — that’s my main takeaway from this Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain impressions video.

Max got to see the same extended presentation that Steven wrote about yesterday and if this game can come together into a cohesive whole, Kojima’s going to have some real happy fans.

For now, I can’t stop watching that trailer. Must’ve seen it six or seven times by now.
